היוגים שחותרים להתקדמות ושרויים בהגשמה רוחנית רואים כל זאת בבירור. לעומתם, מי שתודעתם לא התפתחה ולא הגיעו להגשמה עצמית, אינם מסוגלים להבין את המתרחש, גם אם ינסו.

התעמקות

רבים צועדים בנתיב ההגשמה הרוחנית; אך מי שלא הגיע להגשמה עצמית, אינו מבין כיצד מתחוללות התמורות בגופה של ישות החיים. המילה יוֹגינַהּ רבת משמעות בהקשר זה. היוגים כביכול הם רבים מאוד כיום, גם רבות אגודות היוגה, אלא שכולם למעשה עיוורים לנושא ההגשמה העצמית. הם בסך הכול מכורים לתרגילי התעמלות למיניהם ומרוצים מגוף יפה ותקין, ללא כל מידע נוסף. הם נקראים יַתַנְתוֹ 'פְּי אַקְרּיתָאתְמָאנַהּ. חרף מאמציהם במיני היוגה הללו, הם אינם מגיעים להגשמה עצמית, ואינם מסוגלים להבין את תהליך התגלגלות הנשמה. רק מי שמתרגלים את שיטת היוגה האמיתית, מי שמבינים את העצמי, את העולם ואת אלוהים — כלומר הבְּהַקְתי-יוגים שעוסקים בשירות מסור בתודעת קְרּישְׁנַּה — רק אלה מבינים כיצד מתחולל הכול.
